This is the section that matters most on this page. The general public still carries a perception of plant medicine shaped by decades of prohibition and misinformation. The reality is different. Psilocybin is now in Phase II and III clinical trials at Johns Hopkins, Imperial College London, and NYU. Cannabis-assisted therapy is being studied for PTSD, chronic pain, and Anxiety disorders. The FDA has granted breakthrough therapy designation to psilocybin twice.
My multidisciplinary practice – spanning ceremonial cannabis, psilocybin integration, and the Emotional Liberation method – is grounded in this evidence base. The same rigor that goes into pharmaceutical research is now being applied to plant medicines. But here’s what the clinical trials can’t fully capture: these compounds carry thousands of years of intentional use, of ceremony, of transmission from those who understood their power long before a randomized controlled trial existed. My role is to hold both, the ancient wisdom and the peer-reviewed evidence – and let them inform each other.
